01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 999apk platform — whether through a web browser, the Android app or any other supported interface — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the player) and 999apk. 02 Eligibility

You must meet all of the following conditions to register and use 999apk:

03 Account Registration

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 999apk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion and no hidden exchange rate. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa — instant deposit and withdrawal processing
• Raast — instant inter-bank PKR transfers
• Bank Transfer — all major Pakistan banks supported

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within your account at the time of request. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits also apply and are visible in the payment section of your account.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: standard accounts receive withdrawals within 24 hours. VIP Gold members receive same-day processing. VIP Diamond and Elite members are eligible for near-instant processing subject to verification status.

999apk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include confirming your identity, the source of funds or the ownership of the payment method being used.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

999apk offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and other time-limited offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration with valid information.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be played through before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements vary by offer and are clearly stated before you opt in.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play that meet the wagering requirement are withdrawable.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 999apk — including live casino, slots, casino table games, bingo and game shows — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game. The general rules applicable to all games are as follows:

• All bets placed are final once the game round has started. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after the round begins.
• RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified random number generation. Results cannot be influenced by the player or by 999apk after a round begins.
• Live casino results are determined in real time by the physical actions of the dealer — dealing cards, spinning wheels or drawing numbers. The video stream is the definitive record of the outcome.

07 VIP Programme

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 999apk and will result in account suspension, closure or forfeiture of funds, depending on severity:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with games or the platform in a non-manual way
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino tables
• Attempting to exploit software errors, display glitches or technical malfunctions for financial gain

• Sharing your login credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to access your account

999apk monitors all account activity and reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under investigation without prior notice. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any balance held in their account at the time of closure.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

999apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform
• Failure to pass identity verification when requested
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
• Extended periods of inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 or more months may be flagged for review)

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed at your own request or due to inactivity, any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact support via in-app live chat to initiate a review. 999apk aims to respond to all account review requests within 48 hours.

10 Responsible Gaming
